The location was magnificent and wonderful, in high traveled area, and the bed comfortable. Moreover, it was just next door to the Hyannis Harbor and Harbor and restaurants and the port of Hyannis. My room was well-kept and nicely furnished and had Wi-Fi and a balcony.

Wi-Fi and it's own balcony in the room, magnificent location. A bath in the bathroom. Location near the south shore of the cape, the hy-line ferry, and the restaurants. Also, right across the street from the harbor.

The rooms are fairly quiet and nicely furnished with a great breakfast, a nice view plus ventilation. 5 minutes drive to the airport, it is located right next to the boats.
The bathrooms are very small.

This hotel is perfectly located right on the harbor front in the center of ALL the action in town. You can easily explore the Cape or catch a ferry to the nearby islands with the hotel conveniently located across from the harbor. The rooms with a private balcony in the back offer a nice view of the water, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. Additionally, the hotel staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Only one small aspect could be improved - the availability of both indoor and outdoor pools.

Booked a room with stunningly beautiful views of the harbor. The location was good and perfect, minute walk from Hyannis Inner Harbor. We found it in a very very nice area adjacent to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard😀

The breakfast provided is a great bonus, with a selection of packaged pastries and beverages to start your day off right.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic.
